Training for athletes who want to improve speed, strength, power, and overall readiness for their sport. Programming is tailored to your season, position, and needs, with optional performance benchmarks to track what’s changing.

Online Personal Training

A structured training plan you can follow anywhere, with regular check-ins and updates based on your progress. You’ll get clear guidance, accountability, and optional video review or periodic testing if you want it.

ABOUT US

Maine Athletic Health Center opened in 2018 in Brewer, Maine, with a simple promise: less guessing, better movement. We measure how you walk and run, show you what the numbers mean in plain language, and then coach the next right step with you in the room. For athletes, that looks like focused performance blocks and biofeedback; for everyday movers, it’s clear drills, loading, and pacing that fit real life. If you’re already working with a PT, trainer, chiropractor, or physician, we act as a partner in your care team: you’re tested here and your provider gets a clean, ready-to-use report.

 

We serve runners, field and court athletes, active workers, and older adults who want steadier, safer steps. Every training plan also includes retesting, so progress isn’t a guess.
